That's what Patrick said. Let me explain why. The toilet just backed up. 1/2" of waste water all over the bathroom floor. Josh, Josh took a dixie cup and spooned the level of the water still in the toilet down to a reasonable level then plunged it until it began draining again. Thanks Josh. Me, I sopped up the water (4 rolls of paper towels and a good lot of mopping) and other stuff and wiped it down until it looked more or less clean. Right now? Right now, Mike is disinfecting the thing.

I got 20 minutes of wait time on the disinfectant and then I'll disinfect the shower, and then take a shower, and hopefully, hopefully I will feel halfway clean.

The carpet, the carpet by the bathroom is soaked. I'm not sure how to clean that. We sprayed it with Lysol. I hope that works.

I should have gone to watch "Enter the Dragon" tonight instead of staying home.
