Catch Me If You Can
I just watched "Catch Me If You Can," and it's a fun movie, but that's not why I'm commenting here. I want to know, what happened to "Brenda Strong"? The girl Frank fell in love with, and who "betrayed" him at the Miami airport? Is she okay? What does she do now? I wonder. And I know, the name is changed to protect her privacy, but the look on Amy Adams face at the airport makes me wonder, you know?
Because I want to know what happens to people. Does she regret her decision to tell the FBI? Did her father disown her again, since she was duped a second time?
Why do I care so much? I need to know she turned out okay. I just ... need to know.

Spring Break
i was in riverside for two days, and i wonder why i ever go back. nobody's there anymore, the people i try and k.i.t. with don't return anymore and i wonder why i return. i went to see kelly in orange, patrick is in hong kong, and dwain and i are hanging out next weekend. erin i need to grab lunch with at some point.
on monday, i went to the mall with my sister and my mom, and manda and hyemee, two of my sister's friends. and whereas i usually have a good time with my sister, three asian girls = giggle-fest. to her credit, when we were first leaving, my mom bitched to her about how she was bringing her friends along, and she asked whether i minded if she hung out with her friends. and no, i don't, i just don't want to be there when it happens.
it reminds me of how i used to go back home and have lunch with my mom, and she'd leave her phone on and of course, inevitably someone would call and she'd spend half the time talking to them.
things i like about riverside: papi's burritos. cheap, luxury-seat movies. the innate, ingrained sense of direction (more on this later)
